1. Return Conditions

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Custom-made products or those with personalized printing.
  • Consumer-type office supplies (such as opened inks, opened paper, and used pens).

  3. A pickup appointment will be scheduled for the product.
